Yes. Alongside growing businesses, we build internal systems for corporate departments, such as maintenance requests, contractor quotations, approvals and reporting for operations and marketing teams.
The Discovery Sprint gives you a working demo first. Most full systems then take a few weeks to build, depending on scope.
Every project gets a fixed quote after the Discovery Sprint, once we both know exactly what’s being built. No hourly billing and no surprise invoices.
Every system comes with one month of free after-sales support. After that, we can agree an ongoing support plan if you need one.
Yes. Data migration is part of the build, so your team starts with every record already in place.

Kreia Tech (“Kreia Tech”, “we”, “us”) designs and builds customised systems, websites and digital tools for businesses and corporate teams in Malaysia. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal data when you visit our website, contact us, or work with us, in line with Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
We only collect what we need to talk to you and deliver our services:
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
When we build or host a system for you, it may hold personal data about your staff, customers or suppliers. That data belongs to you. We handle it only on your instructions and only to build, migrate, host, maintain or support your system. Access is limited to the people working on your project, and we never use your records for any other purpose.
You remain responsible for having a lawful basis to collect that data and for informing the people it relates to.
We keep enquiry details for as long as the conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterwards. Project and financial records are kept for as long as our working relationship continues and as required by Malaysian law. Data inside a client system is kept according to your instructions, and at the end of a project we return or delete it as agreed.
We use access controls, encrypted connections, role-based permissions and regular backups to protect the data we handle. No system is completely risk-free, but we take reasonable steps to prevent loss, misuse and unauthorised access, and we will tell you promptly if a problem affects your data.
Under the PDPA, you can ask to access the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent to us using it, subject to any legal obligations we have. To make a request, contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time.
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It may store small amounts of information in your browser to make the site work smoothly. The site loads fonts and code libraries from third-party providers, which may receive your IP address as part of delivering those files.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated.

These Terms & Conditions apply when you use this website or engage Kreia Tech (“Kreia Tech”, “we”, “us”) to design, build, host or support a system, website or digital tool. By engaging us, you agree to these terms together with any quotation or proposal we issue to you. If the two differ, the quotation or proposal takes priority for that project.
We turn daily manual operations into customised systems. Every project follows four stages:
Each project receives a fixed quotation that sets out the scope, deliverables, timeline, fees and payment schedule. Work begins once the quotation is accepted and any required deposit is paid. Invoices are due within the period stated on them. We may pause work on a project while payments are overdue.
Fees for third-party services, such as domains, hosting plans and paid integrations, are charged as stated in the quotation and may change if the provider changes its prices.
Requests that go beyond the agreed scope are treated as change requests. We will tell you the cost and timing before doing the work, and nothing extra is charged without your approval.
To keep your project on track, you agree to give us accurate information, timely feedback and access to the people, data and accounts we need. You confirm that you have the right to share any data or materials you provide, and that your use of the system will comply with the law. Delays in providing what we need may affect the timeline.
Once the project is paid in full, you own the system built for you, your data and your domain. We keep ownership of our own pre-existing tools, templates and know-how used to build it, and you receive a permanent licence to use them as part of your system. We will only feature your project in our portfolio with your permission.
Systems are hosted with reputable third-party providers. While we choose providers carefully and monitor your system, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service and are not responsible for outages, changes or failures caused by those providers.
Every system includes one month of free Care from the go-live date, covering bug fixes and minor adjustments to what was delivered. New features, major changes and work outside the original scope are quoted separately. After the Care period, ongoing support can be arranged under a separate plan.
We treat your business information and data as confidential and use it only to deliver your project. We will not disclose it to anyone except as needed to provide our services, or where the law requires it. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
We deliver our work with reasonable skill and care, in line with the agreed scope. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or business interruption, and our total liability for any project is limited to the fees you paid us for that project.
Either party may end a project by giving written notice. You will pay for work completed up to that date, and we will hand over the work and data you have paid for. Either party may end a project immediately if the other seriously breaches these terms and does not fix the breach within a reasonable time.
The content on this website is for general information and may change without notice. Example screens and figures shown on the site are illustrations, not real client data.
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
For questions about these terms, email contact@kreiatech.com or WhatsApp +60 17-841 5209.
